Chief Apostle Reginald E. Parker is Chief Apostle of Rivers of Life Restoration Ministry, Inc. of New Port Richey, Florida, and resides in Spring Hill. He pursued higher education with a focus on biblical studies, earning both a bachelor's and a master's degree, and has preached across the United States, with his voice carried by radio broadcast into other countries. Alongside his ministry he has built a long career in construction and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Repar Enterprises, LLC.
He is married to Apostle Priscilla Parker, and together they have built a blended family of seven children, fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. His motto is Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
